Palm oil is in around half of the processed foods that you find in your usual U.S. grocery store. It's also in detergents, soaps, lotions and commonly-used beauty products. The World Wildlife Fund put together a helpful tool to learn more about the products that use palm oil.
Unfortunately, even assuming the product has a label, it's not always easy to identify palm oil as it goes by many different names. Get your scrolling finger ready for the list below:
